No water, Very bad cleaning ,mosquito issues, bathroom Not cleanin,very bad Experience. i am not happy

The room was too dusty and there were too many cockroaches, and the bathroom door was not getting locked, ac was not working just a bad experience, tv was not working.. worst experience ever I don't recommend it here to stay..😑

When booking accommodations, it's reasonable to expect that the amenities advertised will be provided. If an air-conditioned room was promised but not delivered, and the alternative room was unsatisfactory. I never ever book again from make my trip

Hotel staff demanded extra money and dint allow checkin. Tried calling mmt customer care but nobody helped me with any solution. One of the agent even scolded me for using mmt app for booking. Is this the way you treat your customer ? pathetic service. Will never use mmt now in my life. I have uninstalled it anyway

Very pathetic unhygienic rooms, smell all over Bathrooms are dirty, Really very bad😡😡😡😡 Entire night persons were drinking smoking and making loud noises No Breakfast however in t booking it has been mentioned Included they dont have such facility

The towels were very old and torn; cockroaches and insects all over, the cushion of the chairs were torn, air conditioner not working properly. The bucket in the wash room was dirty, the bed spread was very old and dirty. The booking showed complimentary breakfast; but they denied in the hotel. Couldn't fight and so left it off. Terrible stay!

We booked with breakfast but no breakfast avilable. Please give return back my breakfast amount asap

It's a good small room without any major concerns, only issue for me was that the washroom didn't seem so clean and bed sheets were not the best, otherwise liked the room alot.

Tv is not working properly but it's ok room is fine shower 🚿 is different type water flow wasted..need to change the tap

I found lot of insects inside my room also their room service for delivering basic service is also very bad.

Everything is excellent about this place location near by to my office and food and safety staff are so well behaved and quick responding enjoyed staying here

There was an issue while check-in due to tech error where booking id's was not matched after 1 hr of waiting time and follow-up with make my trips customer team got check in later where door look was not working again we need to spend 20 min out for that where my half day lost due to this issue. Apart from this hotel was good staff was help full ok with the stay. No that's it
