Terrible Stay

There was no kitchen service not a basic thing like tea or milk for kids or from outside, washroom flush and geysers were not working. No security as we have close the main doors by ousrselves. Pathetic experience would never recommend this hotel and make my trip for further bookings.

Great hospitality but average rooms

View from the restaurant is amazing. Only corner rooms are with windows. Nevertheless, food tastes like that of home. Great hospitality from the ladies in hk/room service. Overall a good trip.

Excellent experience at silver fern hotel

It was a nice experience staying at this hotel for 2 nights in the month of oct (durga puja time. I was worried about the location but it's just beside the main road which is connecting ghoom and darjeeling. Easily anyone can use a shared taxi to go darjeeling and return back. Foods and service was great. Excellent value for money hotel outside the darjeeling area and very close to the batasia loop. Thanks to this hotel for making our darjeeling trip smooth and memorable.
