My stay at The Leela was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt an overwhelming sense of comfort — it truly felt like home. The lush greenery surrounding the property, coupled with a forested area nearby, created a serene and refreshing atmosphere that was a much-needed escape from the usual city chaos. The property itself is immaculately maintained — clean, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. Every corner speaks of luxury blended with nature. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always attentive, making the entire experience seamless. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. Hi I stayed here for 5 days everything was good n comfortable the food the ambience , the room n the staff especially Khushi n Dechan inroom dining n Chef Harishji And special mention to Sophiaa Roy who really went out of her way to look after me when I was not well The only thing was the rude behaviour of the valet guy Vrijesh at the time of checkout wasted 20 mins of my departure He went on arguing with me n finally gave my car to me Rest I have always come back to Leela coz of the hospitality of the staff though this time went away a wee bit disappointed Hoping it won't be the same next time

The The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences - The Luxury Urban Sanctuary is amazing, well maintained and gives a relaxing feeling. The food is amazing and has a lot of variety to choose from. Other amenities such as pool, gym etc are also great. Highly recommend this to other travellers.

Leela Ambience stay always is the best. the property is located at the best place but better than the location it is the staff. They are very courteous, well spoken and alway ready to help out. the property is very well maintained and calls you to visit again.

We are happy to stay at Leela… But as mentioned to management we had bad experience at bed mattress was stinking and we feel very uncomfortable sleeping on bed
