got the worst services ever by leela , i couldnt sleep the whole night due to electricity fluctuations. When i complained all they could offer a room upgrade whenever i go next. This is not acceptable.

This is one of my go to hotel whenever I visit Gurgaon. This time thay made my experience to next level. I really appreciate the sweet gesture of front desk staff Nishtha, she upgraded my room to suite category. Everything is good about this hotel. Must visit for staycation.
