The Lalit , Jaipur

Property was good. The behaviour of staff was also good but the room service was very poor. 2 3 calls were made for a single service. Room key was misplaced and I was waiting at door for 15 minutes and no one came even after making 2 calls to come

Very dirty rooms and unhygienic washroom flies insect open dustbin no garbage bag uncomfortable bed very disappointed no welcome drink no water nothing they don’t know how to treat guests

The property was clean, the check in was fast, and the overall hospitality was also good. Overall, the experience was good. About the location- If you want to stay in the city center, the location is a bit far, specially in high traffic hours. Usually it takes 30-40mins to travel to city center. But otherwise, the location is prime with good neighbourhood, cleanliness and amenities.

rooms not that much hygiene and dust accumulated in bed board interiors room fragrances are not available. felt like normal hotel stay..... foods are too much costly

I checked in and was supposed to get a welcome drink. Did not. Next day room was not made. I had to call up and wait till they cleaned the room. Manager on duty not responsive. Everyone at the reception looked preoccupied and distracted. Only while checking out a Mr Dwivedi asked me about my experience and when I told him he was apologetic and arranged sandwiches for my trip. Overall not satisfied. Tge dining experience was good however and service was good at the 24/7 restaurant .

The Hotel is very nice. It's location, it's ambience, it's staff, everything is almost perfect. The only thing I missed was not having an option of including lunch/dinner while booking for a room. Also they should have provided the option of late check-out, which I missed as I had a late evening train to catch. The stay was great. The hotel, its facilities, the staff, everything was very good. The only thing I was not too happy is with the staff's flexibility for extending my checkout time by couple of hours. They mentioned that the hotel was completely occupied due to some conference/meeting. But when I searched the hotel for the day on MMT, it showed me clear availability. Otherwise my stay was perfect. Rooms could have been better considering the brand and price. overall a good experience. Food is just average

Property might be 5 star but the quality of property is indeed average. The rooms are not that exquisite and the bathroom gates are old fashioned not even getting locked properly the shower glass enclosure TV are also old fashioned. As for breakfast is concerned there are a limited variety to choose from & servicing or attending to particular needs of the residents at breakfast lounge is far sighted. Even though I get a complimentary stay I would certainly not opt for this property.

I have stayed for 1 night and booked premium category room and opted for non smoking room but they had given me a room which was smelling of cigarettes and very poorly lit along with alot of noise from the door hardware. It was a very awful exprience from Lalit.

We expected Much More from a property like the Lalit. The food was good. However, the rooms were very basic and unhygienic we had to request for bedsheet change twice because the bedsheet was dirty, and there were bed bugs due to which I Got skin allergy.

location is just awesome close to airport and malviya nagar property is just amazing nice controlled temperature and awesome pleasing staff

It was very pleasent stay at Lalit. I look forward for my next stay shortly. Hospitality and food is excellent. So is the staff

Wonderful property, nice food, warm welcome, pleasant stay! Staff were very helpful. Recommended for stay for business purpose. Best part, its just 10 min away from the airport.

Good and comfortable Hotel is having a very professional and courteous staff. Quality was also very good overall comfortable.

Th overall experience was good. Staff is courteous. The dal bati churma is as very nice. However, the in room dining experience was not good, first they sent veg sweet corn soup when we had ordered non-veg and then even after repeated reminders it took them 2 hours to send someone to clear the plates from our room.

It was great experience staying in the lalit hotel only thing I don't like was there room service. I have to call 2,3 times for one particular thing.

Reception staff were extremely rude. Rooms were not cleaned properly. The hotel staff didn’t have problem solving attitude.

No staff cooperation , no food available in restaurants even electricity has gone in the room for at least half an hours. Waiting time was 2 hours after making earlier checking request
