We had an excellent stay. Staff were really helpful and polite and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was really good with lot of options.

Property location is good near to many places , the property is old average ambiences room ok ok not that great . Room size also small. We got room with broken bathroom glass door. Even though it’s Taj group but it’s average not like other Taj properties

Very old property. Room was very average. Telephone didn't have a cable for me to call anyone. Breakfast started from 7.30am with half of the items not be present and live counter not operating. Not suitable for early check out travellers. Couldn't manage to even get an omlette from the live counter. Just walked away as it was getting delayed and I had to catch a flight.

Very good atmosphere and the staffs were so kind and helpful. Food was so delicious and had a variety menu.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. The hotel is poorly maintained and looks old and neglected, almost like a property. While the staff were polite and helpful, the overall experience was very disappointing. The food was terrible and absolutely not worth the money or the stay.

Old rooms old building good service, good food, good ambience, brkfast spread is good, tata touch in servicing.

Good hotel. They even provided extra bed on request at no cost. Food is on expensive side. Better eat outside.

We stayed only for one night…very cooperative staff. They were vey soft spoken. The food was good!! Property highly recommended

Hotel is slightly dated but the staff makes up for all the shortcomings . Location is central - all attractions are within 10/15min driving distance . Airport is About 45min away

VERY tired, outdated and dead hotel. They are planning to close the hotel in 2-3 months. So, NO ONE CARES! Housekeeping, F & B and Engineering are VERY good. Due to these personnel, the hotel is somehow surviving. There are enough other very good options in Calicut like Tiara by MPS, Gokul, Raviz etc. MMT should not promote such hotels that are going for closure.

Property location is ideal for family and close to the beach.They took special interest in serving the food we liked.cordial and helpful.however the property needs total renovation.

Walkable to the beach which was highlight of this whole program. Food wise, puttu kadala was amazing. The staff were so friendly and supportive. Would like recommending to others! Thank you

This place made our trip unforgettable! We especially appreciated the pristine rooms and the charming traditional atmosphere. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pools, and we were spoiled for choice with the delicious and varied food. Its location right by the beach was absolutely perfect.

Average place. Staff were great, but the place itself is quite old. You can feel it in the rooms, they have a musty smell, especially during the monsoon. Basic facilities in the room. Pool and restaurant are good.
