The room was not clean. There were some faulty lights, furniture was not well maintained. Phone was not working. I had to go to reception for everything. Bathroom door had broken handle and lock. Booked it for 1700. But the room was not worth more than 1100

The rooms were not clean, creepy environment, walls and things broken, bathrooms were not clean. Staff was not well trained. Too rude staff and all the time when i called for room service and somebody comes to the room they font knocked the door they tried to open it.

The room was neat and clean and the staff was well behaved, as the hotel belongs to Sagar Ratna therefore the food was delicious. Another good part is that they have a big parking space so one need not to bother about the safety of vehicle. Overall the stay was pleasant 👍🏻
