very good hotel at par with 5 star hotels that to in very budget price. Services & amenities provided are comparable to those provided in most of 5 star & luxurious hotels . excellent room Service & very cooperative ,courteous & helpful staff .simless check in & check out food provided in restaurant is best we tasted in recent times with special mention of Variety of Menu in restaurant is Excellent. Breakfast was amazing in tastes & they have really large spread of breakfast completely & fully satisfied. we will definitely recommend this property to our relatives & friends whenever they will visit Sabhajinagar please try this this hotel when anyone is planning a trip or stay in Chhatrapati Sabhajinagar it's really worth of ur money

food quality is good but as compared to others rate is high & we stay almost 5 day's & every day rate going high this bad thing next time we won't think this bad policy for existing customer instead give discount they rise rate every day staff hospility is good

I reached early at hotel night shift hotel staff said by the 9 am we can check in rooms are available, if you want to process before 9 am then i have to pay complete day payment, so i convinced to wait till 9 am, unfortunately shift changes next shift staff said there is no rooms by 10 am, guest were taken granted, worthless hospitality considering 3 star stay.

The location is just okay. The hotel has extremely slow front desk service - it takes them minutes to check you in despite of you calling them and hour in advance about your arrival. The hotel staff is below average and lack hospitality. overall did not get a good feel there Rooms are okay but being pricey it's expected now comes to the worst part - restaurent food. this hotel serves one of the worst possible foods. their biryanis seemingly are cooked from rices stored in freezer for days and their noodles are so bad that roadside noodles are superior. the breakfast spread is below average in taste overall hotel is okay but not value for money the front desk and restaurent staff need serious training in hospitality and cooking tasty restaurant style and fresh food

I had booked 4 rooms and while they upgraded one room, that and another room had issues with plumbing and hot water. Issue got resolved for one room on the 2nd day but the upgraded room did not get hot water and had to live with hot water buckets

Property was good but service was very poor, when we asked for mineral water bottles they provided ro water in used bottles which was not expected from such hotels, at least ro water should provided in mugs/jar

Calm stay, food excellent. Good location 5 star amenities
