SwagStay Hotel Rahul, Nagpur

Rooms were leaking, washroom was not maintained, room service was not good.

The room is very old and is dirty and has stains too.

The experience was very bad . The reception lady was very rude and terrible to talk to . I recommend travelers not to visit such hotels .There are other good hotels to stay nearby, but avoid these people if you don't want to waste your money and regret later on. very horrible experience!!!!

Inside Room- Pathetic Smell. Bed-Can expect any time cockroaches and insects will bite you. washroom - Switches, shower & lock all damage. It feels like a local lodge.

There are no amenities, even there is no towel, in MMT pdf we have allocated 1 single bed... but they provided 2 single bed room

Pathetic rooms and service, I had booked with breakfast option still nothing was offered. The room was full of seepage.

The swagstay hotel rahul is terrible cockroaches on bed and everywhere please tell them to clean the room. No room service nothing. Please give a better service if you charge costomer

very bad room 3rd class without any facility and lots of incetcs there,note same as shown in photos

In the room so many insets and room service not available and amenities hot water was not available and make charges

room no 202 small cockroches in room .. service 3/10 room was ok ok durty blankets bathroom door lock break

Property is OK OKay type as per budget. Location is prime so we can compromise with the property. Staff is quite helping but not customer friendly

Absolutely Horrible Stay – Worst Hotel Experience Ever! I had the most disgusting and miserable experience at this hotel. I booked a suite room and left within 15 minutes of checking in – that's how terrible it was. The bathroom was stinking badly and the water was dirty. No water in the toilet basin, making it unhygienic and unusable. The floor was sticky, clearly not cleaned in ages. No toiletries or basic essentials were provided. Bed sheets were filthy, full of stains, not washed, and even torn. The sofa was smelling awful and unusable. The TV didn’t work. No towels were provided. The entire suite felt like a cursed, abandoned place — absolutely unfit for anyone to stay. I immediately approached the staff for a refund, but was told the booking is non-refundable. So I lost and had to book another hotel nearby just to escape this nightmare. I seriously regret booking this place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs, unless you want to ruin your trip.

It was pretty horrible stay, service was really bad they took like an hour to serve tea in our rooms, and the rooms were not worth the price we paid

Staff is good room is good

MMT is turning pathetic for business at least show some decent stay..dirty dirty place. Entire place is couple friendly.
