1. No complementary mineral water. 2. Towel were not kept in room according to person count, we found only one towel in our two room. 3. Breakfast was served after 9am only.

Very bad/ pathetic service. Room was stinking of cigarette smoke, woman's hair all over the room, you don't get complimentary water bottle, at night they said they'll iron my clothes in the morning 7am, at 8 am morning they said can't do it, sorry., checked in at 7.30pm, was asked to check out at 12pm next day., also no shaving kit. The hotel charge was roughly no breakfast, totally not worth it. Could get this kinda hotel at 1,200 rs. I would suggest against staying here.
