The apartment was nice but I was not informed that I would be charged for visitors as I had booked the entire apartment and assumed the charges was for apartment and not per person. But overall it was good and clean.

Hi Sir, As discussed with you, you have selected luxe stay while making the booking, the category has been selected incorrectly by you, the max people can be accommodated is 3, but you booked for 2 and you were 4 while check-in. If we had 2bhk available - we would have happily provided you the apartment to make your stay Happy. However from the application we get your contact number on the previous day of booking, hence we will be able to call you to describe the place -previous day of check -in, even if you book a month back. Here we had called you the previous day and informed you about the place and described it well. Perhaps I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, please do give us one more chance to host you and provide you with the best possible service that we provide. We were given 2bhk and it was spacious and fabulous.It is fully furnished house for a very reasonable price. We got all that we needed today a peaceful and relaxing stay .The staff was extremely hospitable and friendly. I will recommend choose this place for your next stay at Mangalore. The stay was good. Harshith the host was very responsive and accomodative. The property needs a bit of painting work as it seems not done for quite some time. Property is on the highway and very close to pumpwell circle which makes it accessible to all necessary amenities. Its better to get your own car as uber drivers are not professional and auto rides can be expensive too.
