Very bad room service, bedsheets and pillow covers are not clean, toilet seat is broken, there is no ac remote and the staff is very rude also there is no comforter

every thing is fine but weather very hot so AC don't work very well. so very hot there. but other every thing is good.

Hotel rooms were good, but service is very bad, we booked 3 rooms for 8 person but hotel staff refused to provide mattress and blankets for us. and staff refused to provide 8 towels and provided only 3 towels for 3 rooms even if we were 8 guests at there and staff has very rude behavior. even refused to provide water and there were no hand soaps provided, forget about toiletries. I don't suggest this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is good, but people living nearby have less information about it. There is a liquor shop next to the other hotel. I did not get a room in the hotel when i checked in, the room was not vacant till then, i was given a room in the afternoon. Their service is good and the room is also clean.
