It's a horrible check in i ever had

The owner or the person at the reception directly asking how much i paid and asked for extra not only i'm the victim 4 others guys also faced the denial of check in due to the amount what he need is not given he made to stay in reception upto 12 am and allowing into the hotel such a terrific experience
