The property is located around 2 kms from tics gitobitan building, in a place called mahisbathan. The property is actually located in a interior area which makes accessibility difficult. Hospitality of the host is very good. Host was very helpful and well mannered. Also provided food and tea as requested. Room was good and so are the amenities.

It was very good experience to stay here, price was also cheap and peaceful location. Location was slightly deep so might get some time to find but their assistance was fine to reach.

It's truly a homely stay. The owner is just the perfect caretaker for the property and I could feel the same there. Mr. M k Uddin and his wife were such a lovely and welcoming hosts. Starting from reaching the location, the delicious meal served within an hour, the cleanliness maintained are worth to be mentioned. Over and above, Mr. Uddin dropped me to TCS, Gitabitan, where I had an exam, hence the location that I chose. He also dropped me halfway on the way to airport as I had to board a flight the next morning. He is a very helpful person. I would highly recommend the place in sector 5. It was a short but pleasant stay. Thank You dada!

As already stated, it's a homestay and not hotel. So, a nice, gentle, welcoming family runs the homestay. They were very helpful throughout my stay. Location wise also, it was an accessible location. Regular buses were available from walking distance. I had to stay here for my exam at TCS Gitobitan. So, I can say the center is fairly close and is within proximity to be called as walking distance. Amenity wise, the homestay was very clean and tip-top condition. Rooms were spacious and clean.
