Terrible Stay

We booked our stay in silent medows and on the day of check in it was communicated by the host that the property is closed and does not exist. The host was rude. This spoiled our entire trip. New stay was arranged by make my trip and it took an hour to get it. New stay arranged was in desire homestay. Desire homestay is around 19 km from munnar. The place was very well maintained and host was very polite and helpful.
