Sapphire Regency Hotel

They welcomed us, checked our IDs and allowed us to check in 5 mins later i got a call from reception that we don't allow unmarried local couple to stay for one night. I argued that in MMT app you have written that you allow unmarried couples and he said oky you can stay for 2 or 3 hours max or cancel this booking right now. I was strong enough to argue so i fought for my right. but he was trying to harass us by threatening us. MMT should take action on this kind of hotel partners. They are earning from MMT but not allowing them to stay in their hotel. worst experience ever.

Restaurant was closed. Staff were not courteous enough charged extra 500 for guest which was included in stay. Chocked washroom with broken tap. No hook to tuck towels and clothes. Stained toilet. Highly not recommended.

Not at all good service, don't recommend, not good washroom

Location of property was good but rest everything was terrible when compared to cost. Tv was not working & technician was not ready to fix it.

Dear [hotel management/concerned team, i am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay. Despite having a pre-booked reservation, i was allocated a room where: the tv was not in working condition. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The washroom was unclean. Furthermore, i was informed that the room i had booked was already allocated to someone else, which was highly disappointing. I request you to address these issues to ensure better service for future guests.

Location is good but overall experience is bad.

Behavior of the receptionist was so rude he was extremely arrogant he crossed the line, i do not recommend anyone especially couples to stay here

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests.

Hotel denied for checkin and mmt didnt give me my moneyback. I stuck in the city in midnight. Totally disappointed

It was quite interesting to stay there. Everything was good, but they don't allow you to order online food and their menu is a little bit expensive. I don't have any image

The hotel location is fine, but the room and facility as promised were note provided, the room did not had toiltery, and also the condition of paint in bathroom was in terrible state. No bathkit except towel was provided. Overall avarage stay only

Hotel was looking good from outside only inside the receptionist was too bad and poor response lift was not working properly room was too dirty tv not working bathroom was too unhygienic and bad smell were coming used kwater bottle are provided and overall it was my bad experience

I have stayed here for 20days, those 20days my room was maintained neatly and their service was good. I recommend this hotel for business and family trip.
