We had a great time there. Spacious rooms and good swimming pool for chill out. Kitchen in there so you can bring your utensils

Its an average stay. Amenities missing. All the plug points are not working. The knob of the fan works only at 5. The door knob is damaged. The bed is broken and squeals badly. The wood work across the room is dilapidated. Absolutely no provision for food. Very few hotels at a distance to pick food. Although those don't meet standards. Pros: Friendly staff.

Very close to trinity Beach and Benaulim Beach. Right in front of trinity church.

It is a good hotel to stay in, but if the manager tells you to hire a car from Mr. Patrick, please do not do it. Mr. Patrick gave his car to me for 2 days and when the time came to return his car, he refused to take his car till I did not give Rs. 200 over and above the decided amount. Otherwise, one of the best places to stay in South Goa. The complimentary breakfast was pathetic, needs a lot of improvement.

We were a bit early before the actual Goa rocked, usually mid November onwards. However care should have been taken to anticipate our early arrival, which Brice Partner, actually had taken care of us. Recommended for many more visits.

Hotel is situated at a good location. The potential of its value is not considered by the management. The Hotel lacks its in house services and if that is taken care it would attract more patrons. To explain the services that require immediate attention TV provided but not working, Refegiater provided but niot working, AC working at times only. However, the staff is courteous, well mannered & good natured.

The hotel condition is very good but good cleanliness is missing. A proper cleanliness has to be carried out in all rooms. You can see old water and dirt marks in bathroom and toilets. Upholstry in rooms are quite old, which should be changed.
