groupThe property is beautiful and well-maintained,, making it an ideal staycation spot with amenities like a games room and theatre room. However, we experienced a small hiccup with the services, as the cook was on leave, which wasn’t communicated beforehand by saffronstays. A replacement was arranged after we reached out, and we appreciated the swift and responsive action from their staff. For future stays, a heads-up about service changes would help avoid any last-minute adjustments and make the experience even more seamless and enjoyable. Also the caretaker at the property was very helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and we look forward to returning!

Well maintained property with amazing location is the highlight of this place. We stayed in the villa from 15th to 17th aug. There is a very strategically located gazebo at the edge of the property with lovely views of the valley where you can enjoy your coffee or drink! we got to see some spectacular sunrises! the caretaker delish is very cooperative and attends to all your requests. The highlight of the property is the theatre room with the recliner seating arrangement. The outdoor area is well maintained and there is pool table on the ground floor some points for improvement for the owners and the saffron stay: although it’s a very well maintained property but the food serve in the property is really really bad, veggies were not properly cooked, they have listed the price for the very items as per minimum 3star hotel and the quantity of the food you can’t imagine. Veg cheese sandwich was of 200rs and the size and quality was like of 20rs. Saffron stays and owners need to make sure, the food quantity and pricing should be match. And if there is some internal issue with the cook then pricing of ordered food should be modify as per the food prepared. Will suggest saffron stays customer care team to look into it as the food experience was not all good.
