The area where the hotel is located is very bad. In addition to dirt and congestion, it is difficult to find the hotel as it is located very far from the road. The WiFi and TV system in the room did not work. We were given a room with a seagull bed instead of a double bed. Incidentally, at the time of our check-in, due to the illegal construction of the hotel building, the demolition team came to inspect it and we were instructed to vacate the room after an hour and asked to go to another hotel about two kilometers away. No proper guidance or necessary arrangements were made to go to another hotel. We reached by taking a taxi at our own expense. The rooms of this hotel were very small and uncomfortable. Here too, instead of a double bed, we were given a room with a seagull bed. There is no arrangement for breakfast and meals in the hotel. There is no pure vegetarian restaurant nearby.

Horrible and pathetic experience. Have a check on these kind of hotels.

Firstly, the property is located at such a place which is difficult to find. There were no proper signboards. Secondly, the hotel is at fifth floor of a building and its not a main property, it is shared by others. I checkin in at 12 pm on 7th August, 2025, took some rest for a while and went out to explore the city. While I was going out from the hotel, I saw some local people protesting in front of the building and there were Police also there. I could not understand and went out. Then at around 8 pm, I received a call from the hotel asking If i already checked out. Then I informed that I am out and exploring the city. Then the hotel manager told me that there is some demolition issue and they will shift me to some other hotel of theirs and that I should return to the hotel as soon as possible. Then I panicked and returned early which caused me so much trouble. Then they shifted all the guests to their other property “Treebo Olive Inn” in the night. I had such a bad experience. I went for some work and this hotel caused me so much trouble and panick situation. Upon talking to the driver who helped us in shifting to the other hotel, I got to know that they were running the hotel illegally. They rented the floor as a flat and then they were running the hotel business without informing. This caused the demolition issue and the whole building including other hotels in several floors, 120 rooms were there and all of them had to shift to some other hotels. So yes this was my experience. Horrible and pathetic. Disappointed at its peak. MakeMyTrip should have a check on such hotels before including them to their services. Because if customers are having troubles and unexpected emotional distress, then trusting MakeMyTrip again for booking would not be possible.

I recently stayed at Treebo Trend Olive Inn near BKC and had a comfortable experience. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the Bandra Kurla Complex, making it a good option for business travelers. Initially they denied giving me the room card and insisted on opening the room by master card everytime in come in. Later i had to ask for help at makemytrip. They talked to them and in 30 mins the issue was solved. Secondly, the had shower was not working. I requested them twice after which they fixed it. Lastly, during check out, there was a complementary option of late check out. I asked them for 30 mins from schedule check out time 11:00am. But they denied saying i have to leave at 11 sharp. I knew they would create an issue so i was ready. Overall staffs are friendly but the guy in the reception was arrogant.
