It was different room what was shown , service was bad even they took 30 rupees for water.

The property did not even have the name as mentioned in the application. I had to roam around the same hotel for nearly an hour. A hit and trial attempt took me to find the hotel. The cleanliness is not at all good. Overall experience was below average.

The property name is completely different from the booking name. Rooms are not clean & bedsheet & pillow cover also very poor quality. The location of the property is not good.

I stayed for one night in the hotel SunShine Inn, which has a good location, nearby hospital, medicine shops, restaurants and market. There was a large common parking ground, just in front of the premises. The room, bed, bathroom was good and clean considering the price that was below 1000 at the time of my booking. Now come to the bad part, the AC was dripping water the entire night and making weary noises. I had to wake up many times in the night to switch it off and on.

Clean room, spotless bathroom – they really know how to keep things tidy here.

Stay was not at all plasent, i paid for room including breakfast, but at the time of check in, they first denied to give the room. After an hour of hustle they agreed for a room but they did not provide breakfast. Is this the kind of service is providing. I will never book a room with this website. The staff at the hotel was very rude as wellalso i will write reviews everywhere for the same. Thank you

Washroom are not well maintained and also not clean they charged for breakfast when it was included in tarriff

Water bottle is not available with room neither towel or hand wash was available in the room. No door mate also room quality is not good.

The services offered were of a respectable level and were kept up nicely. The room itself offered good features.

Room service was pathetic. All staff members including the manager were not ready to listen to anything. We have booked the hotel for 2 days as we have to attend the marriage nearby. My cousin wanted to meet me in the hotel but the hotel staff didn't allow saying that it's against our policy and my cousin has to wait outside the hotel area.
