The Oakwood Hotel

The staff was extremely unhelpful. She was ignorant about her job. We had upgraded the room yet she was completely confused about everything. We won't ever be visiting the hotel again.

It’s a very good hotel and i have stayed here approx 10 - 12 times ..breakfast spread is good and the staff too is good

very costly,it is not a 3 star or 4 star hotel poor ambience,not worth the money,very congested washroom.

beds are not good. got the back pain. ac is not on, suffocating. complementary break option & quality was very poor. cleanliness wise it is good.

A no frills hotel with wellsized rooms and decent complementary breakfast. The behavior of the staff is exceptionally good right from Front desk to Room service people. Overall a pleasant experience with this hotel.

Very Good Hotel. Clean & Spacious Rooms. Wash Room is clean. staff are courteous & serve with smile. Complimentary Breakfast spread is good & tasty. They are pure Vegetarian Restaurant. They are very well located in Pune CBD, close to Metro 🚇 & lots of famous eating joints around.

I requested for early check-in prior which I didn't got I was on waiting for 45 min. The receptionist was very rude not at all helpful. I mentioned prior that in compensation to early check-in will do early check out which I did. I checked out by 9:35 am instead of 12pm. Food was ok ok not so good bit expensive. No doubt hotel location is prime location but not satisfied with services

Nice rooms and comfortable stay. Washroom needs a exhaust fan and also need to check water leakages in washroom floor

Great Location near Deccan area, tasty food, Highly supportive staff. Rest all ok except they don't provide dental kit considering price charged.

Location of hotel is centrally placing hence good connectivity for the field work. food is good & Hygenic .

The room was clean and service was very good. The breakfast was also very satisfactory. Location of the property is spot on. All in all worth every penny.

Double bad room was actually not double bed... Two bed's are placed side by side... And phone in the room was not working... Rest everything was best no issues.
