One of the best view of the river Ganges. Clean ghat, Ankith - care taker is very co- operative , helpful. I recommend the best stay in Varanasi, hygiene room, if you really want to explore the local people, local food. We had a very good darshan of all the temple visit. 🙏🙏 Har Har Mahadev

good part - 1. amazing location once you reach the place! right on the ghat with amazing views of river Ganga and the surrounding builds like a traditional vyayamshala, mandirs with nice bhajans being heard, various boats plying in the river and amazing sunrise view from the terrace 2. house itself is compact but very comfortable especially with us as a family ( 6 of us), the living room was the place where we spend most of our time chatting with multiple rounds of tea and coffee. Not at all possible if we had checked into a room like stay. 3. spic and span place and everything is taken care of for your comfortable stay and btw there is a washroom in the living room floor too which was extremely useful. so technically there are three toilets and not two in the house. 4. the services of ankit and anilji was exemplary. No ask was denied and everything was taken care of. especially with kumbh traffic, the outside was all handled by ankit and without him we would not have seen anything in Benaras and inside was all taken care of by anilji. thank you both for having us as guests! the not so good part - 1. reaching to the place especially with senior citizens or guests with walking disability is tough. we have some of the autos that come up but still it's a challenge. please be aware of it. I was told they have their own electric cart but I didn't see it. 2. the house stairs are a bit steep so again a challenge for the elderly however the living room helps in settling down and you need to go to your upstairs room only for sleep considering everything it's a beautiful place for large group or families who want to explore the true benaras life where you wake up by taking a dip in Ganga along with mandir bells ringing, nice bfast, benaras galli experience and stroll around the place since everything is nearby. We will definitely come and stay again.

The Ganga House is a beautiful property and lovely stay on the ghats of River Ganges. The service is incredible, especially Anil Bhayya the helper in the property is very knowledgeable, helpful and prompt. property manager Ankit was really helpful. Would like to come back and stay and enjoy the serenity of this place again and again.
