Waste of Money

Only the location is good but the property is terrible reason being the sofa and bed is stinking badly, there is no cover over the sofa and it’s completely dusty, the mattress and pillows are so hard and it’s feel like sleeping on hard stone, I have book the entire villa for two days and they have ask me for amount to use their kitchen, the refrigerator is not clean,.

Poor Stay

The location of the property is good but very very poorly managed.... Property is on a hilltop..and there is NO DIRECTION or NAME of the Property mentioned anywhere to guide us to the Destination... After booking... Stay vista people formed a whatsapp group to serve us better...but none of the representatives were active to reply to our Query... Negatives : 1.) You need to drive on the slope to reach the Property and they have a gate without a Security person to open it... You need to get down from ur car and do the needful every time you go in and out of the property... 2.) We were informed about the Welcome drink on arrival...but to our surprise...the caretakers were not even informed about our early arrival at 1 pm instead of 2 pm... 3.)Any 4 star property will offer you bottled bisleri water for their client..here I had to pay Rs 1400 odd for Bisleri bottles...and for milk and tea and coffee powder...it was pathetic that money was deducted even after informing the Stay vista Manager Kunal.. 3.) I paid around 17500 rs on weekdays for the Property what they claim is a 4 bhk bungalow...but the 4th bedroom is outside the Bungalow... 4.) No Toiletries in the Bathroom... 5.) TV remote was without cell and use to work only when u connect it to the socket... 6.) ACs were for namesake... Positives : The only positive is the Location of the Property... Stay Vista Management : We had been for our parents anniversary celebration..10 adults..to compensate for the poor welcome..they did give us complimentary Cake and Hampers.. I do appreciate that Gesture.. but that won't compensate for how the property is ill managed.. They were all interested in good reviews from the Clients... Guys...Plz maintain your Property well and provide basic things to your Customers like bottled water and Toiletries at least for good reviews... Definitely it was not VALUE FOR MONEY experience... Think twice before going !! All the very best wishes to Stay vista Management !!

Amazing with only one downside

We were 4 couples each having a kid aged 4-5 years. The property is on a cliff. Absolute breath taking view( definitely visit there in monsoon. Every room of this property is huge and looks beautiful with minimal vintage decor. The balcony is the highlight, perfect place to party. The caretakers are very polite and helpful. The verandah outside makes a perfect play area. We played cricket, badminton and lagori(pitthu. The only downside is the 4th room. Its equally beautiful but needs to be accessed from outside. So no one wants to stay there, its also smaller in size. Looks like if it was earlier meant for drivers and servants and is now refurnished.

groupAbsolute stunning g location of the property. Beautiful views of the mountain and lake. Hero of the property is the deck which is the heart of the property. There are great views from the deck and very comfortable to sit and spend your day there. Despite having the trees and the jungle outside deck, there are no mosquitoes in the property. Excellent interiors and great space in the bubgalow bedrooms are very huge and very neat and clean property. Interiors of the property are also nicely done. Caretaker of the property mans i is also very supportive and kind. Never say no attitude and the food at the property is also great. Overall 5/5 rst8ngs for the property.

this place turned out to be great. Only issue is that one of the rooms is outside the main compound. Although it is in same bunglow but outside main entrance. Interiors are great. Views are great. Must visit place.

A terrible mistake

We had clean the kitchen utensils the doors did not had locks the caretakers servants did not clean the floors and sofasets. The care takers used to vanish and were untraceable. The bathrooms were not cleaned timely and we had to request the acquaguard was not working. No extra matresses were provided. No proper connectivity to the main raod. Dogs and cats used to come inside. I rhink these pets are maintained by the servants / caretakers

I had an amazing time at Bungalow 89 the location is perfect and its so peaceful. The rooms are beautiful and spacious it's in the perfect spot. I recommend everyone to visit at least once. The caretakers are helpful and they take care of everything.
