It was good place to stay. But some amenities were not properly maintained and rooms were not upto expectation as in photos.

Very bad experience

After seeing the bad and worst review, I still booked a family suite room for three nights. The location of the property as well as the room is good but the food is not good for what amount they're claiming, there's not much variety and taste also not good. The worst part is there's no power backup during early morning around 3 am to 6am in all my three nights stay. The entire property will be dark and unable to sleep so everyday we got up by 3 am due to that next day completely we're tired. We went there to rest and enjoy but unfortunately we were unable to enjoy it. A few families got vacated the room one day before due to these issues.

Nice property in a prime location with a pool

Nice property in a good location around the coffee plantations. Breakfast and dinner was average with limited options. It's about 12 km away from the city, no restaurants nearby and you will have go to city for everything. However the property can prepare your food needs. This is not an actual homestay but a good cottage with four rooms and care takers, with a small pool. Towards the cottage you can visit badra tiger reserve, ukkada falls(not advise-able for ladies and kids, ab-hi falls, shooting point. Places like mullayangiri, z point and kemmangundi are the other side across the city. Camping fire provision is there but no other gaming activities to spend inside the property. Overall a descent stay. But little disappointed with alcohol smell inside the room.
