Shrubbery Palm Resort

Wrong information , bed sheet not good , bed not sufficient for 5 people,

Resort is nice for family stay. Food quality and quantity superb also staff was so nice they didn't say no for anything you want they have many indoor and out doors game collection dj evening was superb overall superb experience with this resort

Location and property is good but the service and amenities is ohk toilet seats were broken no pressure in water for hand showers in toilets and house keeping keeps the mobile switched off no intercom so even things r delayed by 1/2 hours

Since we had water issues in the bathroom and we escalated it through mmt, we got a free upgrade on the second day. The room was bigger and better then the earlier one. But here also cleanliness could have been better even though it was better than the earlier room. As already stated in my earlier review the food was good. One suggestion is to include dahi or raita in the buffet lunch and dinner. The swimming pool was excellent.

The overall experience was not good. The room was not clean, fungus found even on tea cups provided. Rooms too far from reception and no intercom. Reception mobile not reachable mist of the times. Initially we had an ac issue which was rectified. In the night there was no water in the bathroom. None of the mobile numbers of house keeping, reception etc. Was not reachable. We got water in the morning by around 8. 00am after we called mm t customer care. The only positive thing was the swimming pool which was good. The food was also good.

Food quality is very bed and my booking room is changed and change rooms size is small and no swiming pul ride

The location is very promising, ahead of shahapur, rates are very reasonable, property is good and ideal for family and friends. Food was delicious with lot of varieties in buffet. Roads enroute are all well built, so commuting here is super easy. Just that its very near to the highway, so we missed the village/ outskirt vibe. I believe they are understaffed, as room service delayed and missed at times. Staff is hospitable though. Most of the rooms have glasses date r see through frm out. The curtain isn't enough to cover it completely. Few interconnecting rooms wide small gaps frm connecting doors. Do personally check rooms b4 booking. Its full on weekends so u won't get options.

Hotel room was unhygienic, toilet flush was not working, food was good, there was no recharge on tv so it was of no use, indoor games were also not available

The place is good and has greenery with good ambience, the food quality is awesome with load of variety. Staff is also polite and helpful. Memorable stay with good memories.

Its a nice well maintained clean property. Very quite and peaceful. Food is good but not much variety, but good part is they believe in not wasting food. Service is fast. Its pet friendly property.

Decent areas with a very nice view, spacious rooms, very good staff and great food. Very close to the highway. They serve great food. 3 times food was served. Different types of cottages available. The pool is also well maintained

Nice resort, good location, food is ok can be good by giving more options in buffet. Rooms are ventilated and good air. Swimming pool need more slides and less chlorinated. Ample parking space. Access to resort from road from one side only should have both road access as we need 4 km ride to get it from other side of road.

No proper sarvice. Rooms and swimming veay long distance. We are not satisfied. Staff also not a professional.

Good hospitality and service, room clean and swimming pool as well

Resort doesn't have any amenities. For indoor it has just 2 sports carrom and billiards but not in good condition. Ambience is also not good. No outdoor activities as well. Didn't get feel of a resort at all.

Stay experience is great but amenities shown in their page r not good. Like pool is missing and when i force about that then they give access to their pool at banglow. Which away from actual stay property. Not a part of existing property where we stay for food we have order first. Some options are not their. Free breakfast is only poha. No other option. Room service great by one boy. Bablu

The hotel is not ready to give gst bill as it was official visit i am unable to claim the stay expenses request to provide me bills with gst
