Wonderful room And Atmosphere I will like a location

The stay is good. Food is good. Staff hospitality is very Good. Found some insects in the room. They can do pest control

my personal experience was terrible but good things first. Good part: Amazing view from terrace, dining area and actually a very serene location. Caretaker behaviour was so good that it felt like home. The food was home cooked right in front of us so that's another amazing thing. But here is the catch, the room that I got was so suffocating and damp that both me and my wife woke up to headaches on both the days of our stay. That particular room photos are not given in app nor in Google. it had no windows, no ac, no basic air circulation. Room was moist and damp all over. I think the other rooms actually had windows but unfortunately even after booking a deluxe room, I had to endure that suffocating cave like room. Although as compensation I was provided free breakfast.

Good, clean place, away from the crowded city. Excellent view from terrace. Caretaker was very accommodating. Got homely meals prepared by the caretaker at good prices. Stay was very comfortable. Rooms were fairly big for 3 people. Clean sheets and bathroom. No complaints. If you want to save and rest, this is a good option

The caretaker offers delicious food on request, adding to the experience. However, parking is on the roadside, which may require caution. Overall, it’s a great stay

Found it on the make my trip app. Room was decent. It's on good location. There was no view. Host was pole and cooperative. Very little privacy as all the four rooms are very adjacent. Geezer was non functional in our room. But he arranged hot water through another room. They have alone running from other room. But switch wasn't in our room. We had to ask for the bathing soap as it wasn't arranged. Bed was neat and comfortable. Blankets were neat.

The stay serenest, kotagiri was just fine. The only problem was that there was no window or cross ventilation system inside the room. The owners were nice, even prepared breakfast early on request and also tea late at night. But one can hear clearly the people's voice talking at the back side of the room. Plus the other door of the room was locked and felt a kind of trapped kind of feeling.

It's a beautiful stay which is just 5mins drive from town with homely food and awesome service. It even has a beautiful view of the tea estate. I would really recommend this stay to my friends and like to go back here if i have any plans to visit kotagiri again in future

Nice room, car parking facilities, homestay are very access-able to find out place and caretaker person are friendly

It was in a very beautiful surrounding. But the walls were broken (could be because of rain) l, could see spider web inside, the latch on the inside door was broken and could hear the neighbours speaking so clearly due to thin walls. Food was great and the manager and other employees were very nice and helpful

The rooms are located underground without proper ventilation and any view. This is the only reason i have given 3 out of 5. Food and stay is good with clean room, bed and bathroom. Host is also very hospitable and nice to the guests and very co- operative. Also there is no proper parking space for car.

Actual place is different than posted. No parking facility. But they posted like having parking. Useless caretaker. He doesnt know even the facilities they provide. We travel-led 5 hrs to the property but total disaster.

The property is good. However, there was no electricity for more than 12 hours. The family which was staying in other rooms were making sound the whole night. We went to check with the caretaker they were also sleeping.

Nice comfortable room. Peaceful environment. Very polite and helpful property manager. Nice open terrace giving excellent view. I enjoyed it very much.

The room size was a bit congested, and i found it slightly limiting. Providing more spacious accommodations would greatly enhance the comfort and overall experience for guests

The rooms are neat and clean. The caretaker made us feel home. They prepared food for my kid in short notice. Home made food tastes very good. Can take good pics in tea plantation near the property. Preferably in evening during sunset 🌞

Good behavior of property owner. Rooms and toilets are too hygienic. 24 hrs hot water service. Nice place for private party.
