Orange Pekoe Leisure Hotel

Room size wise its good, but no other services. After 10.30PM to 6AM there's no service at all. Hot water not available for 24hrs. Wifi range inside room was very low. No dormitory room for Cab drivers. There is some employees working without knowing Tamil or English languages.

Well kept property. Sit out balcony at least to Executive rooms would have been great. Liquid Soap dispensers must in wash rooms.

Overall the stay was satisfactory as the rooms were clean and well Maintained. This resort is located in the serene location and those who loves nature, it will be a great experience for them.

Not a property to give proper service to its guests. We had to wait for hours together for food and there is no proper House keeping.

A lot of improvement is required in all area, for Hot water we need to call and wait for Hours, no exhaust in toilets.

As per their website information, the check-in time was 12 pm. We reached the property around 3 p.m., but we had to wait one hour to get the room. The room was OK. When I wanted to take a bath to freshen up after 5 hours, drive I was surprised to know that there is no hot water. I had to take a bath in chilled water. When I reported this at the reception (one in all), she said I have to inform them for hot water, and then they open the geyser and wait for water to heat up. The waiting time is around 10 minutes. Again, there is another catch. Once the water is heated up, you will burn while taking a bath. The mixture doesn't work, and you have to wait until it is safe enough to take a bath. Since the kitchen door is opened to the restaurant, anyone can have a glance and gauge the level of cleanliness. It is so pathetic, and to my bad luck, I saw a rat strolling there. it is supposed to be having a bar in the hotel. I didn't find anything there except the board outside as Bar and Café. We (5 rooms and 10 adults) checked out early in the morning. SO BAD EXPERIENCE

The car parking site has lot of space. The food served is also very hygienic and good. The cleanliness of the room is excellent.

The view from room is awesome. Enjoyed a lot. Rooms are well maintained and clean. All foods are good and also affordable.

Rooms were not so great for the given rate, food taste was very poor and standard rooms are dark, had to swap for deluxe room by paying 4. 5k extra

Very fine stay in the quoted price. Cordial staff, prompt service and very good food. Liked the window view and calm neighborhood around.

Stay was good. But the staff wasn't trained properly. The receptionist was so rude. Food was descent. All the other staffs were kind enough.

1) property location is between kotagiri and ooty. People from going via mettupalayam is better to take kotagiri route. 2) food is average, my advise to eat outside. 3)car parking is limited to available in front of hotel, room service for food is available. 4) i am asked to wait for 45mins from check in time as my room is not ready and asked to vacate 1hr before my check out time for cleaning of room. Repeated calls for last 1hr before check out time to vacate the room irritates me more.

We enjoyed our stay at orange pekoe kotagiri. The location of the hotel was good, though a little away from main town. The staff was courteous and friendly. Executive room was spacious and very clean. Food was tasty. Overall two days well spent.
