We had a pleasant stay here. There is a nice view from the balcony and a sit out. Food was really good. Good clean and spacious room.

If you want peace and view, and you are not a junk food lover. This resort shares the view of Kotanadu view point. After staying at this place there is no other view you would be able to like more. Food prepared by Mr. Prashant is very homely and tasty. let me repeat only who likes home food with less variety of menu.

First thing is the location is so beautiful & mind-blowing, rooms were so clean and spacious along with the fabulous interior and view was so awesome from balcony overall worth for the money, Food also good

The location is the USP of the place and it's worth it. Home cooked food, friendly and accommodative staff are also positives. Overall, a clean and amiable place. It's far from the town, yes. But that's the only way to enjoy the scenic mountain-top beauty.

The property is located just next to Kodanad view point and offers a fantastic view of the valley from every room. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff are very polite and helpful. There is a very limited option for food and it's average quality. There are plenty of monkeys around the property and they can easily sneak inside the rooms, so be aware of it and close the doors when leaving the room.

I had the pleasure of visiting this stunning property near Kodanad Viewpoint, and it exceeded my expectations! The property is impeccably maintained and boasts breathtaking views of the valley from its hilltop location. The highlight of my stay was witnessing the majestic sunrises from the bedroom and sunsets outside, surrounded by lush greenery and misty clouds. If you're looking for a serene and picturesque getaway, I highly recommend this property. It's a must-visit destination, especially for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility!

Me and my 3 friends visited Paradise peak in the new year week. It is located just adjacent to kodanad view point, and is at the perfect location. We had a smooth check-in and minimal formalities. Since we were the first guests to arrive, the owner let us choose our own rooms. View from all the rooms were stunning. The room was spacious and bathrooms were so clean, and the balcony with view was the cherry on top. They provided us bonfire too, and food is also available on demand. The overall experience was excellent, looking forward to visit the place again.

It was a wonderful stay with a great ambiance. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and we were fortunate enough to experience three different weather conditions—sunny, misty, and rainy—which made the experience even more memorable. The staff were extremely friendly, and the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The food was decent, though quite basic with limited options for homely meals. However, the property is very child-friendly, making it a great choice for families.

Pros: 1. Good view from the room. 2. Cleanliness. 3. Well maintained garden within the property. Cons: 1. Property is full of monkeys. You cannot go out or sit in your balcony peacefully. 2. Bath towel was not provided. We asked for it but still they didn't provide it.

Fantastic location, spacious and clean rooms and good homemade kind of food. It's really worth what we pay for. Please note this is not a hotel but more of a homestay feel. Not so large campus to stroll around but you are in a remote view point where you can stroll through the road and nearby village enjoying the tea plantations. We have spotted a herd of indian guar enroute the property. Recommended to all those who are visiting kotagiri side of nilgiris.

The place is a good option to relax in kotagiri area. Its away from the main town area and in the middle of tea plantation. Very close to kodanad view point. Amazing views from the balcony and great hospitality. Prashant was really helpful. The food options are limited, but it was good.
