I would rate our stay at Sai Valentines as “Good”, based on the following observations: Pros: 1. Excellent location with a beautiful view, especially if you book a sea-facing room. 2. The food is decent, light, and suitable for all age groups. Cons: 1. Limited in-house amenities. 2. Room cleaning could be improved, as there were quite a few flying insects around. 3. Room service is not consistent. 4. Parking is located a bit far from the property. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay if you’re mainly looking for great views and a peaceful environment, but there’s room for improvement in service and maintenance.

the manager was very rude. gave our booked cottage to other guest. when asked for our cottage asked to take other downgraded room. also when we denied asked to cancel booking.

After arriving near palolem beach, no response for calls. Had to walk till the end of the beach to confirm whether that's the stay and help to get the luggage. Tough to find their parking as they did not pick calls. No power back up. No food allowed inside room. Price is more just for beach view experience.

Location is perfect. But some basic needs are not properly provided. Such as tv is not working. The tap water flow rate is very slow. Only one low watt bulb provided. The restaurant is good but a little bit expensive.

familyWorst stay. Not recommended for even one night stay. Parking is very far away under coconut trees. Not very pleasing front office. No essentials like toiletries, towel coffee table were not provided in the room. But good resturant. But view from the first floor is superb.

Don’t go by pictures. They twist words after we try to show them booking. Entire night there was electricity problem. Their mobile number given doesn’t work. No water provided in the rooms, no hangers to hang cloths, very low water pressure in bathrooms and no hot water. At night time there’s no one to attend you for any issues. Over all bad experience and the pricing is way too high. Only good thing was the location as it’s right on the beach. Hence just for that 1 star. Pls Don’t stay or book this place.

Extremely bad experience.

I had an extremely bad and ridiculous experience with this property. They don't have proper management, and the photos are different from the actual room. They claim to have sea-view rooms, but they don't. We couldn't use water in the bathroom or toilet. We spent an entire night and day without water, and they didn’t provide any source of drinking water. We had to bring our own bisleri bottles. There wasn’t even wi-fi available. Additionally, the bathroom and toilet doors couldn't be locked from the inside, so we had to ask someone to lock it from the outside before using it. Overall, it was a terrible experience. However, i think they’ve just started offering room service, so i wish them success in improving in the future.

Property is fine. The room we booked was not ready till 1:30 pm so they gave us another room. No parking here- have to park on main road and come by walk at least 500 m. Also, very hard to find this as no mention on road where this hotel is.

Sai valentine is only for photos not worth the money

We had booked for 6 adults but hotel gave 2 rooms with 2 adult bed capacity. After a lot of discussion hotel staffer mentioned didn't pay enough money to hotel for 5 adult stay. We felt cheated but no other way we adjusted in 2, 3 bed. We had company of cockroachs in toilet which we didn't expect.

The view room our booked rooms was outstanding. Locating the hotel was difficult as they don't have proper entrance from road side. They have good car parking. Service was poor. If you want to enjoy the view of sea it's amazing but need to compromise on other things.

groupThough the owner was considerate and refunded our second date stay, but we had not been informed of the under construction status of the rooms. We had cigarette buds in washroom. Dust laid-en bedsheets & pillow covers, alot of construction dust & noise. Location was the only plus. The place looked nothing like in photos.
