Great location, removed from hustle bustle, rooms neat and tidy, good hospitality. living room and terrace were gathering places. Food is cooked outside and delivered but it is tasty. Traveled with old as well as an infant. cook was accommodating.

Location - Great Size of Villa - Big Rooms - Decent Pool - dirty electric kettle wasn't working microwave was dirty only 2 dustbins in a 3bhk villa too many lights on the property, can't enjoy the evening/night view or see fireflies toilet paper - chargeable tea - chargeable 1 room AC stopped working at around 11p.m - no support from caretaker or anyone on the property we got our security deposit back on the spot, that was good

familyPros : amazing location. With hill and grassland views well maintained villas. Good quality food custom made to one's choice. Very good care taker tushar. Over all excellent stay cons : travel info to be provided before hand, toilets should have exhausts railings near the main door missing. Might result in a fall someday. No private pool. But all in all totally worth the while

Thanks for rating us 1star. We understand that you couldn't afford a 5star hotel and came to our humble villa where we could provide you with everything that was listed on the website. I personally was available to meet and greet you and your family. But still you have the audacity to rate host as 1 star also my caretaker tushar made everything possible for you to stay comfortably.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is amazing. Villa condition is very bf and damp. Terrace is in very bad shape and you cannot enjoy the view of the fog city. Furniture is very old and dirty. Only good thing was bed linen which clean and neat. There is so much earthing of electric wiring and that led is on throughout the night and u cannot sleep. Kitchen was very bad. Only saving grace was the staffs approach-ability & cook. Reaching the place is a nightmare on google. Definitely not value for money.

Hello dr akshat. I am sure you would have studied geography and know that igatpuri has the second highest rainfall in india after cherapunji. Terrace is terrace how can it be in bad shape! non of our tiles are broken nor there is anything there! its an open terrace! furniture is wooden and has veneer on it! hope u know how expensive it is ! u find it dirty! we really can't help but advice u to choose a 5star hotel next time rather than cramping 6 adults for mere if you are unable to understand google that’s completely your common sense at fault and not our property! our property is where it is! very easily accessible via highway with many hoardings present.

Well maintained but had to pay extra

In the bookings, when you book it, it shows entire villa and the price is same for upto 5 members. We were 5 members and we selected 2 by mistake in booking. The owner charged more for that even though it was showing the same price on for 5 members. We tried to reason with him but since he knew that our booking is non-refundable and we have no other choice than to pay extra and stay there, it took advantage of the situation.

Helloour rates vary accordingly to no of people. You selected 2 pax and landed 5 so it was completely your mistake. We charged 2. 5k whereas we shld have charged. Our only mistake was we gave you a discount of 500 on extra person which we shouldn’t have and charged you full.

Excellent Stay

5 star for this villa. Everything was amazing. The bungalow was beautiful with amazing 3 terraces/balcony. The service for anything and everything was available in a gif. The owner mr. Romil roy was a delight to meet with. The security was really good so it's 100% safe even at nights. We were a group of 5 girls and had an amazing time at the villa.

Very good simple place to live in for a small trip away from the noise. Amenities could have been better. Less cutlery was provided better to carry your own. Also bed-sheets tissues basic toiletries have to be carried. Otherwise good stay
