Dining was horrible. I booked a deluxe room with a king size double bed but they gave a room with two single beds. We being a couple that was a kinda worst ever experience. Hygiene was good enough.

A decent hotel in Dibrugarh

The room is very basic in it's interior and so is the washroom.The positive part is the cleanliness.The amenities and toiletries are basic.The power failure frequency has reduced in comparison to what it was earlier but the TV has to be tuned again once power resumes.Food quality and taste is average.Services are good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sarover Portico hotel, and I wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for the incredible hospitality I experienced during my visit. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist, the manager, and even the General Manager — all of whom were absolutely wonderful in making guests feel at home. The comfort of the hotel, combined with such warm service, truly made my stay special. The breakfast spread was sumptuous and satisfying each morning, and I was especially delighted by the Assamese Thali Festival that was happening during my stay — it was a fabulous culinary experience! To top it all off, my birthday happened to fall during my visit, and I was genuinely touched by the way the hotel team celebrated it. Cutting a cake and raising a toast in my honor made me feel truly valued and added a personal touch I will never forget. Thank you once again for such a memorable stay. I look forward to returning soon!

Location wise this hotel is situated in agreat place ,town and all places re easily reachable ,stay was simply great . this time I reached early into the hotel ,thought I will sit in the lobby till I am alloted the room but to my surprise the receptionist lady in the front desk was so kind and humble that she just checked in me to the room . though I always stay in Sarover Portico whenever I visit Dibrugarh but this gesture of the lady was outstanding, and as usual the food part was very nice ,I enjoyed bf and lunch. I am thankful to the lady and the team .
