Terrible stay at New metro guest house, Lake gardens

The experience was terrible, they provided us room on the 3rd floor but no lift facility and I have a one year child with me. there is no restaurant facility, no room service facility, order your food from outside. no night lamp , only a tubelight in the room. one single plug 🔌 point , either you charge or watch tv . no drinking water facility, no soap 🧼 in room. We were completely exhausted after staying one night , we had booked for two days, but after one day we left the guest house. I suggest please nobody take the risk to book a room.

Very bad experience very dirty room and behaviour of hotel staff was un progessional no room service even toilet was messy and bessheet were unchanged and staff were not taking care. Please refund if possible i am premium customer.
