Very poor service.. Food quality is horrible . Rooms are good but basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste are even not provided.

the water there was soo bad, i feel like it was drainage water, very much yellow and stinky couldn’t bath or brush. it was so terrible that we had to check out a day before.

It was a pleasant experience with good food and hospitality. The location is also good. The room has some facilities not provided as mentioned and the rooms also didn't have fan in the room . Although most of the times fan is not needed but it may feel sometimes.

Location is on main road but opposite side of shillong sightseeing places. Roomsn are avaerage according to price and management is unresposive. No shower in rooms, seems few rhostel rooms are converted to rooms, no proper restaurant too. Food preparations takes hours but taste and quality is ok. Amenities and services is poor.

Good hospitality,humble and helpful staff specially Deress .....one of them and the owner themselves who helped us out when we lost our bag containing original documents in 2023 forgotten in a cab.🙏🙏🙏

electrical boards are very unsafe. frequent tripping issues. even cable burning smell. compelled to switch off all lights and electricals. nightmare.
