A disappointing stay with hygiene and other basic issues.

The View from villa was amazing. And true to its photos. But the hygiene was not that great. We never got to use the Jacuzzi coz it wasnt clean when we checked in and wont give us warm water. It was disappointing. Despite options given by the host for food, none of them provided decent quality or quantity of food. No extra mattress was given and we had to adjust on the sofa. All in all, it was not a very good experience.

Thank you for your feedback Radhika ,for your information there is no jaccuzi images nor mentioned in the listing so it was not included in your stay ,as far as food goes we do not provide meals just names of nearby places your could eat or order ,mattress are there below the staircase and there are ample I am not sure how you did not see or find them nor ask the caretaker about them or are clearing not speaking overall your review seems unjustified ,you did not get to use the jaccuzi however it's an addition and not included in the make my trip price that you paid ,you guys even checked out a bit late to which we never complained since I didn't want to deal with rude behaviour .

A very good looking property but there was no electricity the entire time we were there. They had a back up generator but it stopped working at 10 pm - post that we had to sit without electricity the entire night in may. It was so incredibly hot. There were other issues too - like the caretaker entered the property without asking (several times, one of the bathroom was filled with the water, there was no way to communicate if the wifi stops working as there is no network at all. We called the owner but he really did not care that we had to be without electricity in summer the entire night.
