    A beautiful experience of Kerala's heritage home

    I traveled to Wayanad with my husband from Bangalore and our stay was in Keloth Tharavad. Such a beautiful home. Well maintained. It is located near to Kabani river. The location is very peaceful and as we traveled by car, it was very easy to reach there. We didn't feel it as a KELOTH THARAVAD HERITAGE HOMESTAY rather felt like it as our ancestral home. The caretaker of the property, cheat an and his wife were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were neatly maintained and comfortable. As the roofing was of wood, it always felt cold inside the room. The Home stay has a big courtyard and swings were there to enjoy. The stay was really an escape from the busy Bangalore life.

    Everything was ok and we had no issues there. The property was very clean and the caretaker was ever ready to provide services at any time. The was a wonderful garden view from the room and I can surely recommend others.

    Really good experience. If you want to spend a peaceful holiday then you can definitely choose this Homestay and it is a 350 years old Heritage Homestay with modern technological appliances. Sure I don't have any picture inside the room.
