Clean. Good service and overall a good place to stay recommended for those coming to rishikesh and dont want to stay in dirty lodgings. Well furnished. The reception staff is good

The bathroom is also not clean and a lot of electrical wires are visible inside the room.the staff is good. There are a lot of flies and mosquitoes in the restaurant

No early check in facility available.Had to wait for 3 hrs at reception. Room service was also below par. Housekeeping staff was negligent to say the least

The room was good, staff was helpful- but the General manager was very arrogant and rude. There was painting and renovation going on one floor where we had booked a room, and her entire demeanor to handle the matter was very unprofessional and impolite. She refused to compensate us for a day where we couldnt use the room because of these issues.

The location is good and car parking space is excellent. Quality of food is very good. It is near to Janaki Setu bridge

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel. We visit this hotel back in 2021. The food was excellent that time but the infrastructure looked old. We booked it again coz of food but this time we were amazed of the hotel infrastructure as well. We are very happy with the stay.

We stayed in a deluxe executive room on the second floor for 3n 4d. The room was spacious, well maintained with best in class amenities. The room service was good and the stay was super comfortable and worth all the money spent. The location of the hotel is amazing which is close to the janki bridge and all the popular attractions. We loved the stay with our little one.

Price too high According to room and facility . I’m booked kids stay free but milk and baby khichdi are payable. So please think before u booked this hotel.

Overall room was good. Breakfast was not much appealing. They need improvement in their breakfast menu and staff serving it

Hospatality is superb. Very sweet and hones people. Crowd was also very good. They came from australia.

No welcome on arrival. Deficent staff. We were given room at top floor with no other occupancy, front room was laundary room with no lights and door open. No movement of service staff at floor. Felt like staying in an abandoned accomodation. Only exception was that the Breakfast was delicious, hats off to the cook restaurant staff.
