I had booked a residential suite, but when I reached the hotel, they didn't have any suite available. They gave me a standard room for 2 hours, but it was so dirty that I couldn't even sit there for those 2 hours. I asked for a soap, and they gave it to me after 2.5 hours. After 2.5 hours, they said they didn't have it and asked me to contact MakeMyTrip. Only after complaining to MakeMyTrip did I get a room, but even that room was not cleaned - the toilet seat was dirty, the blanket was filthy, the shower wasn't working, and the AC wasn't functioning either. Although my booking was for a full day, I checked out within just 2 hours, If there was an option to give a negative rating, I would have given that, All the hotel staff need proper training on how to treat guests.

this is a very poor experience you did not verify properly. AC has not been working since 3:00 PM and no one's reply by message or call

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
