1. When we went to this hotel, the hotel staff didn't behave well with us. 2. The room is not clean. 3.No car parking facilities. 4. There was a TV in the room, but not a single channel was recharged. 5.We repeatedly asked them to recharge, but they ignored it.

Friendly staff, good and clean place, that too almost in a center for all access points. Friendly on pocket.

During this peak season they must keep the parking location properly...from mail road to hotel they don't have path to go in..kept some sand bag to go inside...pathetic maintainance

Experience we had in the orchid hotel was not satisfactory, rooms were not good enough for the amount we paid, even the rest rooms were not cleaned properly even we informed our arrival before itself, also the T. V was not having cable connection we stayed for 3 days , the only plus was heater we were able to get good hot water and all other are pathetic and we will rate only 1 Terrible and will not recommend to any one!

Room is very worst and dirty. Washroom is not at all good. Very difficult parking.

The hotel was okay for a short stay, but it had limited parking space and lacked proper hygiene. Don't expect high cleanliness standards or top-notch amenities.

Lobby is clean and neat for the hotel staff. That was only the plus point I had seen. The person in charge of the hotel on the day was not in a pleasant mood to welcome their guest The room has a bad smell and the blanket was torn and untidy. In toilet there was no mug or bath shower. A TV was on the wall but remote worked like a ghost in room. Totally disappointed......

No Ac, no fan, no hot water, not even supplied good and clean water, we have been waited both in evening and morning for normal water, worst service which I never had in my life, pls don't suggest this hotel to other customers...

The property was well maintained. Food was not provided. Though it seemed a little stingy as it was closed and very interior.

Nice location of the property, easy to access the city and other parts. Good staff behaviour. Overall good experience.

Luggage you have to take yourself to room,also after 1 day they repair lights,also no hot water despite promise 7-10 am,also whenever you go to reception the reception boy try to hide not comfortably talk and always an excuse ,also no water ,no glass cleaning in room cleaning,I will give horrible but they provided quilt so I rated poor

Moisture in rooms, no hand wash, no towel, fungle in walls, spots on the bedsheet, bathroom was pathetic, charging point not working and many more. My money is totally wasted. I need refund my money. Don't hv pics

Good support from staff and the spacious room. But the bathroom should be in need of little more improvement as the toilet seat were slightly broken. Rest all is fine and good including the accessibility.

Worst experience with wash rooms

Hot water is not available in the room, so you need to borrow from the nearby room. Otherwise, budget friendly.
