Hotel O SK PALACE

Hygiene - 0 Hospitality - 0 Booked an AC room they gave a non ac room full of cockroaches even in the drinking water jug. After complaining on MMT customer care ensured the room will be changed but the guy at reception asked to get the room offline for AC. Even after vacating the room 17 hours before the booked timing hotel refused any refund and claimed the guests are still at the property.

The hotel was in a quiet location and had cosy rooms. The staff was very polite and helpful. Bed was also comfy!

This was our first trip in this city and the hotel was so nice we stayed here and enjoyed the hotel's location makes it easy to travel to any area of the city, and our room was lovely and spotless

I traveled here and booked this accommodation. The rooms were just the right size and very clean. The bathroom was also clean.

They keep a clean atmosphere, and the staff follows clean techniques. This provided me with a high level of security. It was a clean place.

I paid for the ac room, and they made me stay in the non ac room which was terrible.
