Hotel keep me waited for long 3 hour to check in and they charged me extra 300 rupees and oyo customer care haven't help me out

The hotel management asked me to pay more money to get the room which i have already booked. He was very rude and careless about the customer.

Services are poor they not responding and one thing they are maintaining care less if customer call them they did not respond and one thing reception room services room boy all too worst

Room full of cockroach and not even at least bed and bed spread changed, very worst experience i have ever had

Worst experience of staying at Oyo Flagship Kachiguda Railway station.Staffs are least bothered and rude.No toiletries,no towel,no maintenance,dark lobby and passages which looks scary.Dirty bathroom ,dirty mattress.

No toiletry. No towel. No ac remote no tv remote

They charge everyone extra even if you paid full amount to make my trip app, don't use lift they say it government fault u can get stuck no facility staff rude not at all advisable for family and children

I find this property through make my trip, they are not serving any food and no services. Don’t come to here

There was not even drinking water available in the hotel, hotel booking name is flagship but on the hotel board was written hotel maharaja, so also difficult to find even. And there is no telephone available to call on reception. Poor quality hotel.

Because check in the receptionist ask extra 184 rs & no amenities in bathroom. Afternoon i called three times there is no proper response for the hotel management. My life time worst experience in this hotel.

To begin with, even the name of the hotel is different than what I booked. the reception guy was cold on the border of being rude. first thing he said was " you will have to pay 500 rs. if you want to early check-in. " even though I had paid fully, they asked me to pay 324 rs extra. I asked a receipt from them. and this was not for early check-in. there was nobody in site to carry luggage so I offered to lung all of my 3 suitcases, and the guy didn't move a finger. if they treat a 65 yrs old lady this way, I don't know how they treat others. there was no drinking water. he informed one has to buy from across the street. the whole property is poorly lighted and one can make out that it has seen better days . only plus point is it's location .

Rude staff washroom stinky and stains bare minimums like towels also not available receptionist only wants you to check out traumatic experience

One of the terrible experiences ever had. Untidy rooms, stinking linen, cockroaches in the room - the hotel staff could not provide cutlery for dinner. There was not even a glass in the room to drink water. Forget about tv / ac - they were not working. The fan regulator was broken and not working. Overall, one of the worst stays ever had. Strongly recommend mm t to break ties with this property.

There was hair in the room, the room was dirty, the hotel doesn't allow outside food.

No respect for even doctors, so much disturbances at night. Checking personal things at night. Worst hotel please take necessary action

Hotel’s location is perfect, but very poorly maintained. Rooms were barely cleaned. Bed sheets & blankets were clean but furniture was old. No drinking water provided in room. I would give 2/5 rating.

Great stay like a maharaja good service good food had a really good time i recommend every one to stay there for fun good atmosphere
