Terrible Stay

At first when I reach the hotel, I got my check in done then the hotel manager approached me and asked for more money, as he stated the my booking has been cancelled and my booking is not shown on there app... then I contacted to the helpline number for help and after share all the details to the helpline person on mytrip app, he tried to contact with the hotel manager, nothing happened, then I offered my phone to the hotel manager to talk with the helpline person but he refused to talk...all of this happened at 10:30pm of night.. and since this happened with me at 10:30pm of night I had no other option rather than paying more money... even when I was talking to the helpline no. the hotel manager threatened me not to tell the helpline person that the hotel manager is charging extra orelse he would not allow me to enter the hotel... so I was forced to pay more for such a small room
