At the time of booking it was given that breakfast is included but there was no such service available at hotel. And ac was also not working but weather was not so hot so it was ok. But we booked from makemytrip because it was offering morning breakfast, because of no food service at hotel we faced problems to get breakfast in that area by ourselves.

Very pathetic property. Actual room condition is very bad. All the rooms were full of cockroaches. I changed the rooms 3 times but all rooms were having cockroach. Ac is of old type. U cannot use remote while on bed. Ac remote is wired and is connected with ac blower. U need to go to the ac blower and adjust ac temp. Bathroom fittings were very bad in condition. I booked room with breakfast by paying additional amount but on arrival hotel staff denied for breakfast giving reason that kitchen is under renovation. In future i will never book this hotel

Okay so the service was the worst even the room wasn't clean that much and there were cockroaches too. They had taken money for breakfast from us and after that they said there kitchen isn't available the room was full of weird smell. They didn't even provide us basic things in room like towels, soaps, cups, tea bags. So think before booking into this property.

Bad experience at kapil residency they welcome me saying that your booking is not showing. And also tells me that your are the 5th one who is coming of same case. After some conversation they allows me and approved my check in. But as a gest it is terribly experience.

The hotel is located close to the railway station. The room was nice but it has seen better days. Surprisingly it has central air con. But no towels, no hangers. No amenities of any kind. Check out time is 11am. At a price below 1000 rs it’s was good value for money for a few hours of stay. If the owners invest a bit it can be way better.

2nd hotel which mmt provided, aslo denied for check in because all rooms sold out. 2nd hotel provided rooms at other lovation. 1st time had this much bad experiance with mmt. Very much disappointed

Hotel manager said it was low tariff booking, extremely unprofeaaional behavior, its their and mm t fault not mine. Than mm t ppl shifted booking to a different hotel, was a terrible experience
