My stay at this hotel was really pleasant. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a hygienic bathroom. The staff was polite and always ready to help, responding quickly to any request. The location was convenient, with the in house restaurant. Food was fresh with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, it was a great value for money and a comfortable experience. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay.

Very Bad Experience – Not Worth the Money I had a very bad experience at this hotel. There was no dustbin, no toilet roll, no glasses, no cups, and not even basic tea setup like tea bags or milk powder. Even though I booked a Super Deluxe Room, there were no basic facilities like a dental kit or hair dryer, which were clearly mentioned on MakeMyTrip. The breakfast was also extremely disappointing. Timing mentioned was 8:00 AM, but they said it will be served after 8. There was no buffet, only room service with just one option — either bread toast or parantha. The quantity was ridiculous — only one parantha cut into two pieces per plate. Overall, it’s not worth the price or the “Super Deluxe” tag. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very poor service and false promises. No dedicated parking for your vehicle.

One of the best hotels to stay at in this area. It’s located very close to Medanta Hospital, which makes it extremely convenient for anyone visiting for medical purposes. The service here is exceptional, especially by Nitish Kumar Kushwaha, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place — and do ask for Nitish if you’re planning to visit. This place was neat and maintained and the provided food was also good.

No welcome drink that was part of package. Reception keeps phone receiver down so as not to attend calls. No tea in morning. Bad behaviour of staff
