Location was good. In toilet water gets stuck on one side. Breakfast had a 10-minute delay. Extra bed was very poor, uncomfortable to sleep. No free dental kit was given. Staff were good.

we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were cozy and we especially loved the rice boat restaurant because the food we had there was delicious. We would surely recommend it to anyone visiting aleppy.

We’ve stayed at Hotel Grand Alleppey many times and have always enjoyed our visits. Unfortunately, this stay was a complete disappointment. The rooms were poorly maintained, with missing towels, toiletries, and no coffee or milk sachets provided. Water wasn’t refilled on subsequent days, housekeeping was not done, and towels were not replaced. We had to call the reception for every basic request, and most of the time, our calls went unanswered. Even the food quality and cleanliness in the restaurant were below average. We truly hope the hotel restores its earlier standards of service, as we would love to return if things improve.

bathroom is getting fungal smell and no door mat for bathroom and ac is not working properly and staff also not responding

Food, location 5/5 only issue with you need to wait for a few minutes. Hospitality was overall good. Choose this without any doubt.

Property is in prime location and accessible to tourist places.We have to request for each and everything like bucket, mug, Floor mat and co-ordination is missing between the departments.I think all of these are minor and will be sorted soon.

No Bucket in the toilet, no floor mat, despite cctv in all floors won't permit swiggy delivery to room... Pathetic!

Location was in city centre, check in took time, room was ok not very good...there was no window in our room

At Hotel Grand Alleppey we had a nice stay, with clean and decent size rooms. Their vegetarian restaurant also provided good food and ambience..

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The ambience of the hotel is peaceful, making it perfect for relaxation. The in-house restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options to choose from. I was impressed by the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the property. Its convenient location made sightseeing very easy. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very uncomfortable Stay The hotels staff said they don't have any toilet rolls. Morning breakfast was all cold and nothing hot. When we asked for butter with bread toast, they said we don't have it. The Stay was not comfortable at all. Totally dissatisfied.

A perfect hotel for an over overnight, stay with a good Restaurant named Rice & Boat it's near to Back Waters too The Property is good for an overnight stay and it's near to the backwaters junction.

Hospitality not reached up to my expectations. Even though Rooms size and cleanness reached up to my expected level
