Hotel Celeste

Reached by evening 6. In fact, my trolley was locked and couldn't open with its key. The boy straight away helped and it was a great relief. The room is the smallest in that hotel. Requires renovation.

dirty bedsheets, no hot water, overall not a good place for a family trip, not a good locality

wonderful experience in celeste, very affordable, and places to visit in walkable distance couples and friends even for family, minor discomfort with 2, 3 cockroaches but was settled and cleaned by the room service fast

Good hotel for a budget stay. The location is good near colaba market & other tourist places. They don't have food so you'll have to eat from outside restaurants. Cockroaches in washroom

The rooms are not cleaned properly.. so many cockroaches roaming everywhere inside the room .. no only one but also i checked 3-4 rooms still the condition is same . After complaining the behaviour of the staffs changed and they started acting a bit rude saying no to everything. We asked to Change the bed-sheet, the staff said we dont have any extra . U have to manage with this .. as per the staff the cleaned duvet covers can have hairs . Worst experience i have ever had. Not recommended.

Hotel Staff Javed forcibly took Rs 1000 extra over and above what I paid to Make My Trip and they don't leave any opportunity to loot the Customers. Horrible experience. It was a nightmare dealing with the Hotel staff

no power to bathroom... no power to tv... I tried calling reception multiple times but they aren't helping

Location was good as it's a prime location. There were too many cockroaches in the room and roaming on the bed as well. There was a big centipede Crawling near the bathroom door. The garbage management was very poor.Garbage was not removed for my whole 5 day stay. Room was not cleaned during my whole stay.Very poor management. Won't recommend staying here.

The location is excellent in terms of city Centre and connectivity. Good food and drink joints in around a kilometer. Metro in about 500 meters.. The place does not have a kitchen so dining is completely outdoors. The rooms were clean, and towels were provided. Staff is courteous. Prices are decent as per the location. Overall it's nothing fancy but good for a comfortable stay for a day or two.

Room size was extremely small, just sufficient to arrange one bed and then directly jump into bathroom. By room size, one can guess the size of bathroom. Room was stinking. Bedsheets and pillow covers were extremely bad shape and infact torn from various places.

Terrible staff, fish market beside, very bad smell in hotel and room. Not recommended.

The stay was not upto the standards we are paying for. The executive room showed in the image are not same as the room we stayed. The hospitality is also poor as compared to other hotels. I had an average staying experience in the property.

Very disappointing experience. The room was not cleaned properly — there were dirty stains on the bedsheets and water glasses, and even fungus on the walls. Small cockroaches were visible in the corners. The moment I entered, there was a strong foul smell that made it hard to stay or sleep comfortably. No toiletries were provided either.
