room was good, but the ac was toooo old of course old hotel, no proper parking spaces, food average,

Our stay at Ballal Tourist was disappointing. At the time of check-in, the receptionist informed us that online bookings are valid only for 12 hours, whereas bookings made directly over the phone have a 24-hour stay. When we questioned this, they later changed their statement and said it’s 24 hours for online bookings as well — which was quite confusing and unprofessional. The room cleanliness was also not up to the mark — the bedsheets had visible stains and didn’t feel fresh. The next morning, we were told that only guests who booked by calling the hotel would get bed coffee, while those who booked online had to go to the restaurant and pay for it. Overall, the experience felt biased and poorly managed. Would not recommend unless they improve their hospitality and maintain the same service standards for all guests.

At the time of checking in there was so power supply, power was interrupted till evening where i was staying there without the power supply. Nearly checkin around 11:45AM, from then to evening there was no power. 1 or 2 times they switched on the generator or 5 or 10minutes when and which i demanded. Then they were like there are paying high for diesel cant go for run the generator long time there is an need of 13L for one hour. See how unprofessional and unethical should be this to explain the scenario to an customer

it was a good stay in Moodbidri near to the city. stay with limited breakfast

Food was limited, bathroom was the best more like 3 star hotel. Connectivity to Alvas College is the best

The hotel property is not well maintained and intercom not working, power back up is low and takes lot of time to switch over. Ac all old machine makes a lot of noise. Lenin and towels also very old and over used

Location is very close to baga beach and stay also good. Breakfast is very poor and timings is not good for tourists, because their counter is opening after 8. 30 am. Few ground staff behaving also bad. Overall stay is ok

Shabby hotel. Living in the glory of past. Rooms full of dust. Torn bed sheets. Spider webs, ac windows full dark brown because of dust.

Nice hotel in city area,

The hotel staffs were really good. But the food timings were odd and there were no hot water facility. Also the telecom wasn't working. They had no room service.
