Very good staff, comfortable stay!

Property location is at VIP road near Airport and can be found by Google Maps ,rooms are suitable for family stay with facility of free wi fi and Hot water.

It was a nice experience there. Clean and clear safe ,good air conditioning.Pleasant rooms with sufficient space , necessary facilities and custom services were in the door.

Very nice and clean, the staff were also very helpful and polite...........

The hotel is fairly good, the bathroom is okay, and the food quality is good.

It was average stay. Renovation work was going on in the hotel so lots of noise and material was laying on. Room was spacious and clean. Its near the airport so it's good for an overnight stay. Service was slow and food was average. Overall it was an average stay.

Good location for an overnight stay before a flight. The hotel was under renovation at the time I stayed. Room was spacious and all required amenities. Bathroom was clean, hot water available 24/7. Staff polite and helpful. A selection of eateries nearby.

Bed cot was not good. It was very very soft as the coil of the bed was getting touched in the body while sitting or sleeping. Ac filter was completely choked due to which air flow was not good and hence room not getting cooled Bathroom was not upto the mark as there was opening and insects / mosquitoes were coming around There was no lift in the hotel so have to climb stairs upto 3 rd floor .

Everything during stay was ok. But I have ask to reception person many times for TV recharge. But he did not recharge even request many times. So I want to ask Mmt if we pay the full charge for hotel room. Why hotel was treated like this to the guest. I mean recharge of Tv is not a for single day. I is must entertainment souce for tourists. kindly take strong action against this hotel

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing due to multiple issues. The mattress was too soft, making it difficult to sit properly, and lying near the edge felt unsafe as it tended to sink, making me feel like I might fall off. The bed sheets looked old and wrinkled, and both the blanket cover and blankets were very worn out, making me uncomfortable using them. Thankfully, I had carried my own bedsheets and blankets. The bathroom was poorly maintained—the shower head was very dirty, and the toilet flush didn’t work properly. There was a dedicated knob for hot water, but there seemed to be no actual hot water supply. On February 26th, I used the hot water tap at around 1 PM, and the water felt slightly warm, leading me to believe that hot water was available. However, on the morning of February 27th, there was no hot water at all. I now suspect that the warmth I felt the previous day was simply due to sunlight heating the overhead storage tank. Another major issue was mosquitoes. Even though it was the last week of February, I noticed a few mosquitoes flying inside the room and the toilet. I requested assistance for the mosquito repeller, but no one attended to it. Additionally, there was no lift facility, which could be inconvenient for some guests. One of the electric sockets at the study table wasn’t working, limiting my options for charging devices. The TV was outdated—not a smart TV—so screen mirroring or playing content from a mobile device wasn’t possible. The remote control’s AA batteries were also dead, adding to the inconvenience. Considering the price, the stay was not worth it. The lack of maintenance, poor service, and outdated amenities made for a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made. Rating: 2/5

I did not feel difficulty to find this property for check in as it was available on google map . Food was good & hygienic. Service was excellent.One thing I felt missing was lack of lift . In fact it caused difficulties to go to 2nd& 3rd floor to us as we all are 70 + . Otherwise stay was pleasant.

No lift in the hotel and the room was 3rd floor towels kept were with stains and looked unlcean no toiletries the direction given to cab driver by hotel reception was careless and incomplete kitchen didn't look near and bf options were not great bathroom door didn't have bolt overall

Rooms are good and clean. Staffs are very well behaved. Almost very good

The hotel was close to the airport, which was nice. And the staff was very friendly. The hot water was good, and the breakfast was good.

No breakfast was provided as per the package and hotel staff wasn't flexible to provide breakfast for early check out

The rooms were spacious. It was clean but being an old property needs a thorough maintenance and cleaning. Even linens were old and need to be replaced. Location is very near to the airport just a building away from the main vip road which allows some peace from the noise of the highway. We had an early morning flight so we were looking for something good in the price range. This property fit the bill. It is an okay property just for a transit. We could not order anything from the restaurant so no review for that.
