We went as a couple and booked a Junior suite. The road leading to the location was a bit problematic, but the hotel was a very good one, with outstanding views of the Kanchenjunga. The room service was quick and professional. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and lounge. The only problem was the food, which was not up to the mark, with very few options as far as Indian cuisine was concerned. Overall, it was a decently good stay.

Brilliant location ! Uninterrupted view of the mountains and (if lucky) Kanchenjunga !! … decent food, good hospitality. However, approach road to hotel is little tricky if anyone driving their own vehicle. My stay was very good 👍🏻.. will recommend definitely 👍🏻👍🏻

Such a beautiful place to stay. Visited mountains many times but staying in such a place really matters. Very much welcoming persons and much polite behaviour. Last but not least very delicious food.

Location wise, food wise and service wise the hotel was excellent. Special mention needs to be donefor the kitchen manager Pinki who is always smiling and ready to serve you at her level best. Other staffs are also very cordial. we got a breath taking view of Kanchenjunga from our hotel room itself.
