Delohighs

This property offers excellent view of the Teesta and Kanchenjunga (on a clear day) from the balcony. The place is itself little bit like offbeat Kalimpong, secluded, serene. The property itself is good but costly. Staffs are helpful and polite. Food menu is limited but okaish.

It is the best hotel in Kalimpong to feel the mountain, valley & Teesta river together. Location is very beautiful. The view from room's balcony is awesome & breathtaking. The rooms are very spacious & the property is very clean. Deolo Park is very close to hotel. Staffs are very very helpful. Food is also very delicious. Really amazing experience. Thank you Delo Heighs to give us this beautiful view. Highly recommended to stay this hotel.

We checked in at around 7 pm after regularly being in touch with the care taker. They had enough time to switch on water supply, check electricity and geyser, check the room intercom as none of these were functional. There were so many insects and spiders outside our room which was another disappointment. We were very disappointed..also the family room was on the -3 level.. which was so inconvenient for my 60 year old father as that meant he had to climb so many stairs..if its a family room it means that elderly or kids might be guests..so it should be at the fround level or -1. The care takers were friendly and understanding but unfortunately they couldn't do much to help us. We had to ultimately leave that property within an hour of check in and had to pay additional Rs.5000 to stay at Summit Hotel, next to this homestay. Summit on the other hand was absolutely clean, well maintained, everything was functioning properly and was a proper family Hotel with excellent food. I regret giving homestays a chance and will always prefer a branded hotel over one on future.

Hotel is located 9 km from city of kalimpong. Only one staff during durga puja. No lift. If you are having old person check for rooms on floor level, because storeys are below road level. Nothing at nearby locations except deolo parks. Moderate breakfast.

Dell o high is very well-maintained hotel, and the staffs are very supportive. Also, the location of the hotel is in good position.

1. A different room was provided. 2. It's an under-construction building. 3. Food quality is poor. Had to arrange food outside. 4. After paying approx. 6000 rs. Per day, anyone will expect some good breakfast atleast. Only one food item in breakfast. 5. Highly overpriced property. 6. Expired milk powders kept in the room. Overall it's a bad experience.

Recently we had a wonderful experience in delohighs. The room we were provided was truly well decorated and well maintained with am amazing view of mountains. Room was spacious bathroom was decked with all the toiletries. The owners were wonderful people. Service was top class. Very quiet comfortable and homely. I really enjoyed the experience and hope to revisit soon. Thank you to the management

Staying in the hotel was good staffs behaviour was polite and good

Good service and helpful staff. A little bit far from the main town but worth it. Specially if you want to clear your mind and relax, go for this one.

Location wise this is excellent as the view from your rooms will be enthralling. Hospitality is truly good, foods are good, and the services are excellent.

Just two days before, i got a call that booking cannot be entertained because of some slide. Booked at an alternate homestay. On my visit to dell park walked up to this property also. Could not figure out why they did not hon-our my booking. Difficult to trust this property
