Hotel Mountain View

The location is very good near the kalimpong market. The behaviour of the staff is excellent.

The location of the property is on the main road easily accessible by car. The property has no restaurant. There is only one man the owner and manager who manages everything by himself from room service to reception. The property however provides non veg food from outside through Zomato. The behavior of the only staff, the owner cum manager cum room service is excellent. He do everything with smile on his face. The overall experience is average.

For Rs 2800 a night in a small town, I expected better. Towels were dirty. Bath shower was rusted. A dog barked around inside. Bed was comfortable, though.

The hotel is managed by a single person. He acts as receptionist, manager, cook, service boy. He is not very cordial towards customer demand. We asked for an arrangement of taxi , but he did not.

The location was perfect, hospitality was good. the view-facing room is a bit small for 3 people. Food was good but expensive. Suggestion is: you can prepare an itinerary for visitors, at least for people from different states. There was no recommendation or suggestion given to us for sight seeing. And the hotel was expensive to the offerings provided. Apart from these, it was a good stay and accommodation.

Location is good, Service and behaviour of staffs are excellent. Rooms are clean and view of mountain is excellent.

Host was very helpful. Room with a view of kanchanjunga. Sadly weather was bad. Not far from market 20 min walk. Simple meals and good breakfast was served

Being my first stay at kalimpong, the hotel provided me with a safe stay. Timely and healthy breakfast, quick service, is all that's needed from hotels on trips.

Really enjoyed a pleasant stay. The captain was really cooperative. Must suggest for future booking for sure. Secondly they had a wonderful and affordable food great on quality and quantity

I got to know about this hotel from mmt. Our booking was from 29 dc to 31 dec, very good experience, good service as well. All in all a safe place 2 stay with good value 4 money. The quality of food in the hotel is similar 2 our home, in terms of taste & quality.

Very nice hospitality, there are two beagles, lovely people around. Rooms are spacious and food was also nice.

Booked super deluxe room but overall the cleanliness was not as expected. Only one window that too is not working properly.

It was a great and affordable stay!

The mountain view rooms are highly recommended, the staff and owners are friendly and would go all out to make your stay comfortable. They have inhouse/outsourced cloud kitchen tie up and food is decent. The additional advantage is they have 2 friendly pets and you can spend somw good time with them. The place is 1. 5 km from city centre.

- sub par rooms - one room not cleaned properly - breakfast good/everything else very average - geysers not properly working - one bathroom had bugs climbing the walls

The hotel was unclean and the location was too far from the proper market of Kalimpong. Terrible location! The food that they served was pathetic.. Highly dissatisfied

the level of cleanliness was out of this world. very very poor. the walls,curtains, furniture were not cleaned for almost a few years as it appeared. specially room no 104 was so nasty. full night there was water flowed over the walls. my family members became sick and got fever. total waste of money.
