Wooden Rooms feature a balcony with a view, a queen bed, blankets, LCD, attached bathrooms, reading lights and toiletries. These rooms also offer a complimentary room (64 sq ft) attached to them.
Deluxe Rooms are located on the ground floor and feature a queen-size double bed, a private sit-out area and a centralised heating system. American Apple tree and a bed of seasonal flowers guard the entrance to the room.
Cavern has a 72 sq. ft living room, queen-sized bed, 2 attached bathrooms, a small sit-out area to access bonfire and 2 bottles of complimentary spring water.

Great place

We went as a family with our dog We all loved the location of this place. Just behind the stay there is a beautiful forest and parvathi river. Where you can walk around and explore. It's a very serene environment and feels lovely to be there. Our dog also loved being here. There are other dogs too in the forest who are very disciplined. The caretaker of this place was always helpful and provided us with the services whenever we asked for. He made delicious homemade food which was also very healthy.

A beautiful getaway from the hustle bustle of city lives. Warm people managing the place added a personal touch. Very courteous host and kitchen Staff. Lovely clean food available at reasonable prices. A perfect for location and serenity added to the surroundings. Must try for families and couples looking to spend some quality time away from technology and the likes.

I really enjoyed this stay

Location of the property was nice, but it was far from the City so, we found difficulties to reach the property. This was the perfect place for camping. The food quality, services, amenities all were good. Everything was as per the expectations. The caretaker and the owner was helpful, but there was no security guard on the property. We really enjoyed this stay.

The hospitality of the host was very good. The place was good and the lakeside area was nice. The food was provided by the property itself and it was pretty good. The rooms were spacious but had only one bathroom. One more bathroom could have been better as the rooms were very spacious and big. But overall it was a good stay.

The location is good and is located on the road leading to main Kasol market. The property is bill and rooms well prices.
The room is very basic and small. The bathroom is shared. It is good enough for a budget traveler. A little away from the Kasol main market but is a short trek away.

Room was extremely cramped, barely any space to stand/move beside the bed space. If you desire to sit and work, no space for a chair in room. The fan inside room had lots of dust in it. Flies are there everywhere in the region. Bathroom was big and spacious. Caretaker friendly and prompt.
